HUD 202 Low-Income Senior Service Housing located in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. As the Management Agent we are responsible for the upkeep of the facilities, hiring and training of staff, working with the owner board, all accounting procedures, and partnering with HUD to create housing and allowing those we serve to age in place with pride and dignity.

Catholic Charities Community Development Corporation manages fourteen (14) of the Diocesan owned HUD 202 facilities with 1,055 rooms.
